Full Rollout of the IT Service Request / Incident Report Management (ITSM) System

We are pleased to announce that, subsequent to an initial launch in October 2016 which allows reporting of IT incidents and requesting of core IT services by users, the IT Service Request / Incident Report Management (ITSM) System is now fully rolled out to support also these additional types of service request :

  • Multimedia Production (such as Photo Taking, Video Shooting and Website Design)
  • Classroom Audiovisual Equipment Setup
  • Video Conference Setup
  • Live Broadcast
  • Guest Wi-Fi for Events
  • SSOid Enablement for Qualtrics Surveys
