Besides IT services, ITO also manages various of IT facilities within the campus.
ITO manages centrally supported User Computing Centres located in OEE-702 (7/F, Oen Hall Building, East Wing) and RRS-302 (3/F, Sir Run Run Shaw Building), as well as WLB-303 Printing Room (3/F, Wing Lung Bank Building; adjacent to Li Promenade Security Control Room) which are equipped as following:

Other than the ITO managed User Computing Centres, Library also manages User Computing rooms, which open to all students and staff as not scheduled for class. In addition, PC workstations and printing facilities are also provided at AAB-4/F Learning Commons, and Fong Shu Chuen Learning Commons for students.
Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) system allows form recognition, test grading, graphical reporting and exporting of data into various formats. It purposely serves for multiple choice answer sheet scanning and scoring. The OMR resides in ITO’s Facilities Room at RRS302A (inside the User Computing Centre at RRS302) and eligible for staff to use.

To promote teaching and learning activities, display board rental services are provided (through outsourced service provider) to facilitate departments/offices to set up poster exhibitions like the Information Days, seminars and conferences, both inside and outside the campus.
