Wireless network, or so-called Wi-Fi, is provided within the campus for mobile devices to have access to the University’s internal network and /or the Internet. Users should select the appropriate SSID (service set identifier) for their connection according to the table below.

1‘BU-Advanced’ and ‘BUSRH-Advanced’ are working on 5GHz frequency band, while ‘BU-Standard’ and ‘BUSRH-Standard’ are working on 2.4 GHz frequency band. Although ‘BU-Advanced’ and ‘BUSRH-Advanced’ provide better WiFi experience, please connect to ‘BU-Standard’ or ‘BUSRH-Standard’ if your device does not support 5GHz frequency band.
