Is there any Email auto-forwarding service provided?

According to existing policy, a leaving staff can apply for a service for forwarding his/her email messages to a personal email address for a maximum of 3 months after his/her last working day. In order to let the email senders aware that change in correspondence may be needed, the following auto-reply message will be responded to senders during the email auto-forward period:

“Please be informed that the email recipient is no longer working for HKBU. For official communication, please contact the associated department/office, or refer to the contact information at”

This service was officially implemented on 1 November 2014.
