Overview

ITO plays a pivotal role in shaping the University's digital landscape through its specialized application development services. Our proficient in-house teams are adept at designing, developing, and supporting a myriad of systems and applications integral to the University's operations.

Website Development

ITO provides website development solutions to cater to the diverse needs of our university. With a keen focus on usability, design, and functionality, our services include:

  • AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Website

Leveraging the Adobe Experience Cloud, AEM websites are crafted with a consistent branding and user experience. This approach ensures rapid content migration, streamlined digital asset storage, advanced SEO tools, and robust security measures. Furthermore, the designs are optimized for all devices, and a built-in content management system allows for straightforward content updates.

  • Event Website

For events requiring a temporary online presence, static websites can be developed. These websites do not base on AEM and users cannot update content themselves, which guarantees consistency throughout the event's lifespan.

Mobile App Deployment

In order to better manage the mobile Apps developed by various Departments/Offices while to maintain a consistent image of the University, ITO is assigned to be the administrator for deploying any mobile Apps of the University.

Application Development

The Applications & Integration Services (AIS) section of the Office of Information Technology is charged with the responsibilities of developing information systems in support of the daily operations of the University and providing management information and key performance indicators for strategic management such as academic planning, quality assurance and resource allocation.
