ITO provides multimedia production and media design for University staff and department to support teaching, learning and research. View our range of services here.

ITO provides centralized technical support and services to all classrooms and certain designated venues such as meeting rooms, event halls, and conference rooms across the University. Audiovisual equipment lending and setup services are also available.

ITO is pleased to launch a new legal-binding Adobe Sign e-Signatures (electronic signature) service to improve business agility with the digital documentation process and reduce the administrative cost for approval/signing of digitalised manual documents for the University community.

'Follow-U-Print' is a service for students to send printouts from any location across the campus to our designated printers. Learn how the service works and our policies and guidelines here.

IP Phones (Cisco) are deployed within HKBU campuses for our staff, replacing the traditional analog system. Learn about our provision here and also access our user guides.

Moodle is a web-based platform and is supported by the eLearning Support Team.  Access our eLearning help guides here.

ITO provides departmental share drive and web/server hosting service to staff and Departments/Offices.  Basically, all Departments/Offices are already allocated free storage for the purposes of Share Drive and Web Hosting.  If additional disk space is required, a nominal rental charge will apply.

Application development is an important branch of ITO's services. Our in-house development teams specialize in the design, development, and support of various system of the University. Learn about our development approaches and capabilities here.
