Installation, setup and trouble-shooting services for PCs, laptops and printers are available to all staff and Departments/Offices. However, these do not include repairs and maintenance services for which users should contact the respective equipment suppliers.
1. When a user leaves the University, his/her SSOid account and all U-wide IT services will be terminated.
2. When a user is going to leave the University, he/she should arrange for backup of his/her personal data files and email messages if deemed necessary.
3. Eligible Retirees / Honorary Associates of the University will have their email accounts retained but under a different domain “@associate.hkbu.edu.hk”.
