- Your account in HKBU – SSOid Account
Single Sign On user id (SSOid) is created automatically for students to sign in to the intranet and U-wide IT services using one set of login credentials. You can enjoy different IT services with a valid SSOid account. You should change your password regularly.
- The HKBU Mobile
HKBU Mobile is an official mobile app for the HKBU community. It provides access to essential HKBU information and services. Students can check their grade records and class timetable in the mobile app. For more information on HKBU Mobile, please click here.
- The University Portal – BUniPort
BUniPort is an information gateway that connects the University, students and staff. Through the BUniPort, you can get access to your HKBU email, personal profile, study information, the library system as well as other IT services.
- Access your emails
HKBU email service makes use of Gmail offered by Google Cloud Service. Users are recommended to use Google’s “Chrome” browser to directly access the service and their mailboxes. You may check out our guidelines about the setup on different devices.
- Get your Office 365
HKBU current student are entitled to install Microsoft Office 365 Professional Plus in their personal Windows/Mac computers for free, with a maximum of 5 machines.
- Protect your device – Install Endpoint Antivirus software
To keep your PC protected from phishing websites and virus, HKBU current student can enjoy a free copy of ESET Endpoint Antivirus.
- eLearning platform – HKBU Moodle System
Moodle is a collaborative environment to facilitate the use of innovative technology for teaching, learning and research among course instructors and students. You can get learning materials through HKBU Moodle.
- Printing facilities – Follow-U-Print (FUP)
“Follow-U-Print” is a printing service for the University community. Students can submit print jobs anywhere in the Campus and collect printouts at various locations. You can refer to the page Follow-U-Print Printing Services.
- Stay online on and off Campus
You can access free Wi-Fi Service on campus and off campus Wi-Fi with your SSOid account.
